Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Conference registration fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made before 14 July 2006 will incur a processing fee of $75.00. NO refunds of fees will be made after 14 July 2006. If for reasons beyond the control of organisers, the conference were to be cancelled, fees minus deduction of expenses already incurred would be refunded.

Accommodation fees
Cancellation of booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made within:

• Less than 30 days prior to the advised check-in date result in 100% cancellation fee
• 31-60 days prior to the advised check-in date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
